My kitchen - it's the place where I can create, experiment, make nice things and express my personality. I love to put food on the plate in a beautiful way - it's my creative outlet.

What is the best piece of advice anyone has given you?

Never compare yourself with other people- several people told me that - but a Chinese man named Clarance Watt who worked with my husband for years and years retold this to me recently when we had dinner in Hong Kong with him.

Being Luna's mom and a wife.

What is your favorite object I can find in your kitchen?

My pink ceramic bowls.

Favorite quote?

"they didn't know it was impossible so they just did it."  - Mark Twain

Where do you see yourself in 20 years?

I hope I will have a really nice and close family. A family that feels like a clan - hanging together and with Luna and I having a very close relationship. It's really vague but I hope I'll have a project with healthy food. I feel like I want to do it. Maybe teaching children and mothers how to cook in a healthy way quickly. To give other people the possibility to cook healthy for their families.
